John Sakach is a recognized name in the construction sector — especially in crane operations and hoisting systems. Their reputation was built on precision, reliability, and deep technical expertise. Over time, however, their visual identity and online presence lagged behind their growing ambition.
They needed to project greater authority, communicate their technical prowess more clearly, and reach more sophisticated clients — all while maintaining current brand trust.
Refresh their brand identity and digital presence so that John Sakach would be seen as a leader in heavy construction, not just another contractor.
As Creative Director, I was tasked with:
With the refreshed identity and site, John Sakach now presents as a heavyweight in the industry — not just by equipment, but by reputation.
Impact & Outcomes
This project is a strong example of how combining industrial strength + thoughtful design systems can transform how a technical business is perceived.
Brand Identity System
We delivered full logo sets (primary, alternates, marks), color & texture systems, typographic guidelines, iconography, layout treatments, and usage rules. These elements carry consistently across print, digital, signage, and collateral.
Website & Digital Launch
The new website is responsive and purpose-built. It centers project showcases, service detail pages, structural imagery, and strong calls to action. The navigation is intuitive; content blocks modular so future services or portfolio items can be added without redesign. Performance and clarity were prioritized.
Leadership & Execution
I led design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and alignment sessions. I translated technical constraints (e.g. image heavy content, load times) into creative trade-offs. I worked cross-functionally with developers and the client to ensure brand fidelity throughout build and launch.
